The initial visit will be scheduled with-in five days of the screening for recipients qualified during screening. A complete screening and intake process is completed in fourteen days of the initial visit. The strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences of each consumer are identified explicitly for integration within an individual plan of care.

Emergency response to mental health crisis is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Staff utilizes an on call system and procedures that ensure all situations requiring specialized crisis intervention are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
